Seocho-gu Introduces New Design for Volume-Based Waste Bags
Visualizing Disposal Methods with Pictograms
Compatible with Existing Design Envelopes
Seocho-gu, Seoul (Mayor Jeon Seong-su) will sell new-design volume-based waste bags starting in the second half of the year. The new volume-based waste bags are designed to be easy to understand by visualizing disposal methods, including non-disposable items, with pictograms, and the disposal methods previously expressed in text can now be checked in detail via QR codes.
All four designs?general (household), commercial, reusable, and food waste?will be changed. However, the existing colors and sales prices for each type of bag will remain the same. The new volume-based waste bags can be purchased at volume-based waste bag sales points after the existing stock is sold out, and the old bags can still be used interchangeably.
