Lotte Card Conducts Policy Curation for Small Business Owners
Resolving Difficulties in Restart Support, Debt Consolidation Loans, and Onnuri Gift Certificates
Lotte Card announced on the 4th that it has signed a business agreement with the Small Enterprise and Market Service to support the growth and recovery of small business owners. The signing ceremony, held the previous day at Lotte Card headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul, was attended by Kwon Dae-su, Vice President of the Small Enterprise and Market Service, Han Jeong-wook, Head of Lotte Card's Digiro Division, and other officials from both sides.
Through this agreement, Lotte Card will use the Digiro application (app) and the 'Selly' platform to provide customized guidance on policies from the Small Enterprise and Market Service. This is expected to help resolve difficulties faced by small business owners and self-employed individuals during the stages of startup, operation, closure, and re-establishment. Both parties also agreed to collaborate on support for business recovery, refinancing loans, Onnuri gift certificates, and entry into O2O (online-to-offline) platforms.
Selly is a small business management support platform operated by Lotte Card since July 2022, offering services such as sales and deposit inquiry, increasing sales, and observing other stores to assist franchise operations. It has also introduced partnership services including serving robots, claim adjustments, discounts on non-reimbursable medical expenses, and food ingredient discounts. As of May, the number of subscribers exceeded 400,000. Lotte Card franchise owners can use Selly free of charge.
