A fire broke out at Daechi Station on Seoul Subway Line 3, temporarily halting operations before service resumed.
Seoul Metro stated in a safety notification message on the 1st, "The smoke that occurred around 3:42 PM today from the battery of a special vehicle on the down track between Dogok and Daechi Stations on Line 3 has been addressed, and trains are operating on both up and down tracks."

Seoul Metro announced on its website, "Train operations on both up and down tracks between Apgujeong and Suseo Stations have been suspended. Please use alternative transportation. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to train passengers."
