A man in his 20s accused of killing his girlfriend in a multi-family house in Seoul has been brought to trial while in custody.
The Gwangjin Police Station in Seoul announced on the 28th that they had sent Mr. A, a man in his 20s, to prosecution in custody on the 14th on charges of murdering his girlfriend in her 20s.
Mr. A is suspected of stabbing his girlfriend with a weapon around 5 a.m. on the 21st of last month at a multi-family house in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, and then injuring himself. The weapon was found at the scene.
During the initial police investigation, Mr. A mostly refused to testify, saying "I don't remember," but he eventually admitted to the killing.
