The adjustment plan decided to increase the residential heating gas rate by a minimal 0.32% and the gas rates for other uses by an average of 1.12% based on consumer rates, considering fairness by usage, to alleviate the heating costs for citizens and fuel cost burdens for small business owners.
The city selected an external accounting firm to ensure fairness and objectivity in calculating city gas supply costs and conducted a cost calculation service from April 22 to June 5.
