Korea Exchange Holds Value-Up Seminar for Internal and External Executives of Listed Companies
The Korea Exchange announced on the 24th that it held a corporate value-up briefing session for inside and outside directors of listed companies.

The briefing session was organized to guide the role of the board of directors in the corporate value-up program and governance improvement, with about 130 inside and outside directors attending.
Jung Eun-bo, Chairman of the Korea Exchange, stated, "The successful establishment of the corporate value-up program depends not only on government policies but also on the willingness of companies to participate," urging the board of directors, the highest decision-making body in corporate management, to play an active role.

The Korea Exchange plans to hold regular briefing sessions for board members in the future and provide guidance on the value-up program through various channels. A representative from the Exchange said, "We plan to continuously communicate with the management and boards of listed companies and actively support necessary matters."
