SK Broadband Unveils AI Everyday Strategy
Conducts AI-Related Events Beyond Internal Training
Establishes AI-Driven Work Culture and Strengthens Infrastructure
SK Broadband is enhancing employees' interest and capabilities in AI through various channels such as education and events to promote the everyday use of artificial intelligence (AI).
On the 27th, SK Broadband announced that it is focusing on achieving AI everyday use through a two-track approach: 'customer service innovation' and 'changes in work methods.' To this end, education and practical training are being conducted across various areas including corporate culture, employee capabilities, and internal infrastructure.
Since last year, SK Broadband has been prioritizing the enhancement of AI literacy (the ability to understand and responsibly use AI). Employees are guided with a roadmap to identify programs that match their skill levels and participate in necessary courses.
In addition to in-house AI training such as 'Excel Automation Using ChatGPT' and 'My Own Assistant Chatbot,' employees can experience a variety of programs ranging from basic AI theory to practical and advanced courses through comprehensive skill development with SK Telecom and SK Group's education platform, MySunny.
