New Training Initiative for Staff to Foster Creative Thinking and Organizational Innovation
Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul (Mayor Ilpyeong Lee) held the '2024 Inplee (Humanities Playlist)' training on the 21st to foster creative thinking and organizational innovation among its employees.
This training combined the screening of the movie About Time and a lecture by Park Woonghyun, a master of advertising and bestselling author. The program was designed so that the emotional impact of the film would lead to humanistic reflection, enabling employees to develop broader perspectives and deeper thinking.
The training took place from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Dapsimni Media Art Center’s cinema, with about 70 employees of various ages attending.
The screened movie, About Time, tells the story of a protagonist who experiences precious moments of life again through time travel and realizes what true happiness is. After the screening, Park Woonghyun gave a lecture on how to apply the film’s message to real life and promote humanistic thinking. During the final Q&A session, attendees had the opportunity to ask the author questions directly and engage in communication.
