Eurozone Manufacturing PMI at 45.6 in June... Below Expectations
On the 21st (local time), the Eurozone's manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) for June recorded 45.6, falling short of expectations.
According to MarketWatch, the Eurozone's manufacturing PMI for June, announced on this day, was 45.6, which was significantly lower than the expected 48.0 and also below last month's figure of 47.3. The services PMI also declined from 53.2 to 52.6, missing the previous forecast of 53.5. The composite PMI decreased from 52.2 to 48.0.
