Busan Western Office of Education Hosts 'Seobu-style Family Harmony Festival'
Various Programs at Songdo Beach on the 22nd
Busan Western Office of Education (Superintendent Lee Jaehan) announced on the 21st that it will hold the "Seobu-hyeong (Seobuseo Buneun Hyeonghyeongsaeksaek) Family Harmony Festival" at Songdo Beach on the 22nd at 4:00 PM, with around 300 participants including elementary and middle school students, parents, and school staff.
The purpose of this festival is to foster a culture of mutual respect within the educational community and to provide a venue for communication and unity among its members.
The Western Office of Education will feature a vision proclamation ceremony, experiential booths, and various programs at the festival.
The event will begin with an energetic Taekwondo demonstration, followed by a "Vision Proclamation Ceremony" where representatives from parents, schools, the education office, and the local community will declare their respective vision goals.
Additionally, under the lead of Superintendent Ha Yoonsoo, a joint fan performance will take place with the theme "The Morning of School Begins with Morning Change! A Communicative School Culture is Created by the Western Educational Community."
Participants will also learn the "Morning Change Song" choreography along with Dong-A University’s Taekwondo demonstration team and take part in the Morning Change Shorts Challenge. They will also participate in experiential programs such as archery, laser shooting, golf, jump rope, marine leisure sports, and the marine cable car, which encourage family communication through physical activities.

Superintendent Lee Jaehan stated, "This event will serve as an opportunity to foster a culture of mutual respect within the educational community," and added, "Starting with today’s festival, the Office of Education will do its best to create even more enjoyable and happy schools."
