LH Gwangju Jeonnam, Supply of Total 6 Land Parcels Including Gwangju Seonun2 through Land Return System
LH Gwangju-Jeonnam Regional Headquarters (Director Jeong Sumi, hereinafter LH) announced on the 18th that it will supply a total of 6 lots, including commercial land within the Gwangju Seonun 2 Public Housing District, under the Land Return System.
The Land Return System is a system where, after a certain period following the conclusion of a sales contract, if the buyer exercises the return right, the full amount paid including the deposit is refunded and the contract is canceled.
This year’s land includes 2 commercial lots in Gwangju Seonun 2 (4,400~4,600㎡), 2 self-supporting facility lots (3,400~4,400㎡), 1 neighborhood living facility lot in Gwangju-Jeonnam Innovation (700㎡), and 1 parking lot in Mokpo Yonghae 2 (0.5㎡), totaling 6 lots.
The expected supply prices are 19.2~19.7 billion KRW for Gwangju Seonun 2 commercial lots (14.15~14.55 million KRW per 3.3㎡), 6.9~8.0 billion KRW for self-supporting facility lots (6.02~6.71 million KRW per 3.3㎡), 1.9 billion KRW for Gwangju-Jeonnam Innovation neighborhood living facility lot (8.56 million KRW per 3.3㎡), and 300 million KRW for Mokpo Yonghae 2 parking lot (2.19 million KRW per 3.3㎡).
The Gwangju Seonun 2 commercial facilities (2 lots), Gwangju-Jeonnam Innovation neighborhood living facility, and Mokpo Yonghae 2 parking lot can be paid in installments over 2 to 3 years interest-free, while only the Seonun 2 self-supporting facility lots have a 3-year equal installment payment condition with interest.
Bidding and lottery applications for this supply, as well as payment of bid deposits and application reservation fees, will be accepted from 10 a.m. on June 25 to 4 p.m. on June 26, and applications can be submitted through the LH Subscription Plus platform.
