Person Identified as Suspect in Miryang Sexual Assault Reported to Korea Communications Standards Commission for YouTube Channel Revealing Personal Information
One of the individuals accused as perpetrators in the Miryang group sexual assault case reported a YouTube channel that disclosed his personal information to the Korea Communications Standards Commission.
According to the IT industry on the 17th, individual A, identified as a perpetrator in the case, filed a complaint with the Commission against the 'BobaeDream' website and the YouTube channel 'Yurekka' for violations of portrait rights infringement and defamation.
The Commission is scheduled to bring the matter to the Telecommunications Deliberation Subcommittee on the 20th, where the YouTube channel operator will be given an opportunity to present their opinion, and a resolution to request corrective measures such as access blocking is expected to be made.
