TIPA Launches Company-wide Ethical Management and Integrity Practice Program
Discovery of 38 Integrity and Autonomy Practice Tasks
To Be Implemented Within the Year
The Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs (TIPA) announced on the 17th that it will identify and implement company-wide "Integrity Self-Practice Tasks" to promote a culture of integrity and establish ethical management within the organization.
This year, 38 tasks across 4 areas were identified as practice tasks, and all departments of TIPA will participate, with each department taking charge of at least one practice task within the year.
Representative tasks include ▲conducting integrity education for personnel in charge of SME research and development (R&D) projects and smart factory dissemination projects ▲realizing integrity through compliance with corporate card usage regulations ▲forming a pool of evaluation committee members for conducting integrity-based IT service projects ▲and having evaluation committee members of the sanction committee sign integrity pledges.

Kim Young-shin, President of TIPA, stated, “Through the promotion of integrity self-practice tasks this year, we plan to strengthen internal monitoring in vulnerable areas and improve systems and environments where corruption could occur,” adding, “We will continue to make our best efforts to proactively fulfill our social responsibilities as a public institution.”
