Guro-gu, Inspection of Maintenance Status Before Opening Summer Water Playgrounds
Inspection of Facilities and Environmental Maintenance at 4 Directly Managed Water Playgrounds
Guro-gu (District Mayor Moon Heon-il) is conducting an inspection of the management status of water play areas ahead of their opening for the summer season.
The targets are four water play areas directly managed by the district office: ▲ Anyangcheon Water Play Area (285-34, Sindorim-dong) ▲ Deokui Neighborhood Park Water Play Area (339-4, Gocheok-dong) ▲ Cheonwang Neighborhood Park Water Play Area (276, Cheonwang-dong) ▲ Solgil Children's Park Water Play Area (391-1, Guro-dong).
The inspection will focus on facilities such as playground equipment, shade tents, drainage systems, as well as auxiliary facilities including parking lots, shower rooms, restrooms, and the surrounding environment.
Items requiring urgent maintenance will be reported to the management department and addressed on-site immediately, while issues needing long-term review and budgeting will be planned and repaired sequentially.
This year, the Anyangcheon Water Play Area will operate from July 2 to August 25, and the Deokui Neighborhood Park, Cheonwang Neighborhood Park, and Solgil Children's Park water play areas aim to open in the first week of July. They will be closed every Monday and during rainy weather.
