BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seongbin) conducted a financial education session on the 14th at the main auditorium of Saha District Office's 2nd Annex, targeting senior residents in collaboration with the Busan-Ulsan branch of the Financial Supervisory Service.

View original imageThis education, held twice in the morning and afternoon, covered recent cases of financial fraud and methods for safe financial transactions, and was organized to help prevent financial scams targeting the elderly.
The bank also plans to continue providing this education by visiting senior welfare centers in the Busan area in the future.
In particular, participants in the education session were offered free enrollment in the 'Financial Safety Insurance,' which covers up to 5 million KRW in case of voice phishing damage, and stickers with the voice phishing report hotline were distributed to enable quick response in the event of an incident.
Kim Sanghun, Chief Customer Officer (CCO) of Busan Bank, said, "Financial scams targeting seniors are increasing day by day, and the amount of damage continues to grow," adding, "Busan Bank will continue to do its best to provide financial fraud prevention education to protect the valuable financial assets of our senior customers."
