Fire at Agricultural Machinery Storage in Jinju Causes Damage Worth About 130 Million Won

At around 8:41 p.m. on the 12th, a fire broke out at a farm machinery storage warehouse in Jisu-myeon, Jinju, Gyeongsangnam-do.
According to the Gyeongnam Fire Department on the 13th, the fire completely destroyed the 280-square-meter warehouse, a forklift, a combine harvester, a fertilizer spreader, and other farming equipment and materials.
No casualties were reported, but property damage was estimated at approximately 136.3 million won by the fire department.
After receiving a report from a nearby bus driver, the fire authorities dispatched 67 personnel, including 41 firefighters, and 25 pieces of equipment such as fire engines and excavators, to extinguish the fire, which was fully put out at around 1:08 a.m. the next day, the 13th.
The police and fire authorities are investigating the exact cause of the fire.
