According to the county on the 13th, a company recently submitted a proposal for the construction of the golf course. Accordingly, the county plans to proceed with administrative procedures such as urban planning changes for the golf course site, approval of the sports facility project plan, and environmental impact assessments.
If the administrative procedures proceed as scheduled, a 27-hole golf course will be developed by 2028 on a 533,000-pyeong site in the Seobu-myeon area of Hongseong. Accommodation facilities, including a resort, will also be constructed alongside the golf course.
