View original imageThe Bio Industry Division of the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency is partnering with specialized institutions such as the Korea Bio Association, Seoul National University Hospital, and universities to recruit trainees for field-customized bio talent development starting from the 18th of this month.
This training program consists of a total of eight courses, including ▲genomic data analysis ▲artificial intelligence (AI) digital healthcare solution development ▲bio process development ▲bio regulatory approval processes ▲bio product analysis technology ▲advanced biopharmaceutical development courses, along with education and practical training.
Applicants include young people residing in the province, graduates (or prospective graduates) from universities located in the province, employees and representatives of bio sector companies based in the province.
Starting in July, trainees will receive lectures and practical training from experts active in the field, as well as support for employment connections with companies and related institutions.
The training is completely free of charge, and trainees who attend more than 80% of the training hours will be issued a certificate of completion. Additionally, outstanding performers will be awarded the Director’s Award from the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency.

A representative from the agency stated, "By cultivating specialized personnel tailored to the demand for future technologies such as advanced bio, we aim to satisfy both companies and trainees, and through cooperation with industries, schools, research institutes, and hospitals, we will produce talent that meets the technological changes in the field."
