This visit by Yujin Investment & Securities was arranged to commemorate the introduction of the NYSE's BQT (Best Quote and Trades) service. Since the 3rd of this month, Yujin Investment & Securities has been providing the first free real-time US stock best bid and offer service through BQT, a price quotation service from five exchanges under the NYSE Group.
The event, held from 1 p.m. local time on the 11th, was attended by CEO Kyungmo Ko, WM Division Head Hyun Choi, NYSE Vice Chairman Jon Herrick, and Vice President Jessica Froats. The attendees exchanged various opinions on expanding convenience for domestic investors in trading US stocks. CEO Ko also conducted an interview discussing the current status and outlook of US stock investments by domestic investors with the NYSE.
Yujin Investment & Securities plans to strengthen its overseas stock services this year. Earlier this year, it reorganized its structure to form a dedicated team responsible for overseas stocks, and has launched weekly US stock trading services and held events offering zero commission fees for US stock trades.
Kyungmo Ko, CEO of Yujin Investment & Securities, said, “Yujin Investment & Securities is advancing infrastructure and services in various ways to provide a better US stock investment environment for domestic investors. The visit to the NYSE and meetings with major US financial companies are part of this effort, and based on the discussions held, we will accelerate strengthening the competitiveness of our overseas stock services.”
