Kim Dongil, Head of Busan Regional Tax Office, Pays Tribute at United Nations Memorial Cemetery in Korea
Kim Dongil, Commissioner of the Busan Regional Tax Office, visited the United Nations Memorial Cemetery, the only UN memorial park in the world where UN soldiers who died in the Korean War are laid to rest, together with senior officials of the regional office on the 10th in commemoration of the Month of Patriots and Veterans. They paid tribute and laid flowers at the cemetery.
After the tribute, Commissioner Kim and the attendees toured the main graveyard, the UN Forces Memorial Tower, and the memorial hall, which are the commemorative facilities within the United Nations Memorial Cemetery.
In addition, prior to the tribute, they also observed the UN flag-raising ceremony held precisely at 10 a.m. together with the senior officials.
