Global e-commerce platform Qoo10 is stepping up to support shipping costs for K-brands entering the North American market.
On the 7th, Qoo10 announced that it will provide free shipping support to Wishplus merchants selling products to North American consumers. This is to reduce the logistics cost burden for domestic brands and manufacturers and enhance their competitiveness in local sales.
The free shipping benefit will be offered from this month on Wishplus products ordered in the United States and Canada. Sellers selling products to North American customers can automatically receive free shipping support by setting up overseas consignment delivery in the Qoo10 sales manager.
Qoo10 expects that sellers will be able to reduce logistics costs through this support and strengthen new competitiveness by focusing on price discounts or advertising marketing. Additionally, Qoo10 helps local customers purchase products at discounted shipping rates to secure the sales competitiveness of seller shipping support products.
The shipping discount and cost reduction were achieved through cooperation with its logistics affiliate, Qxpress. Qxpress designs and connects all logistics processes from Korea to North America and provides real-time delivery information to sellers and customers.
Qoo10 stated that it will continue to strengthen the North American sales base of Wishplus. By collaborating with merchants to compose free shipping products, it plans to expand product linkage among affiliates so that sellers on domestic platforms such as TMON, WEMAKEPRICE, and Interpark Commerce can also easily sell overseas.
