Naver Works Equipped with HyperClovaX... Evolving into an 'AI Collaboration Tool'
Naver Cloud announced on the 4th that its business collaboration tool, Naver Works, has applied the ultra-large-scale artificial intelligence (AI) 'HyperCLOVA X' across its entire service.
It features various AI functions useful for actual work, such as ▲mail summarization ▲unread message summarization ▲mail prompt creation (adjusting mail length, spell checking, style transformation, translation, etc.).
By clicking the summary button in the mail window, long emails are simply organized with bullet points and displayed divided into recent and previous mails. When a certain number of unread messages accumulate, a popup is activated in the chat room, summarizing and organizing the existing content.
Using the mail prompt function, users can perform spell checks and write emails by changing the tone to either formal or friendly. The 'Reply Item Recommendation' feature analyzes received emails and suggests items to reply to.
Naver Cloud is also planning to launch the enterprise version of its AI meeting minutes management service, 'CLOVA Note,' within the year. It has strengthened security by requiring login with company email addresses, two-factor authentication, and device access control. Going forward, it plans to continuously add collaboration features such as joint management of meeting minutes through group spaces and integration with video conferencing.
