Seoul City Finds 88 Garbage Balloons... "Beware of Falling Damage"
"Must Report Immediately Upon Discovery"
As of 2 PM on the 2nd, the Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that a total of 88 anti-South Korea leaflets and balloon carrying waste have been found.
The city urged caution regarding the falling payloads, as the weight of the balloons carrying waste exceeds 5 kg. It also emphasized that if a fallen waste balloon is found, people should not touch it and report it to the military (1338), police (112), or the Seoul Dasan Call Center (120).
Currently, Seoul is establishing a cooperative system with the military and police to carry out swift and close responses. Additionally, Seoul has set up its own 'Initial Response Team' and is operating a 24-hour situation room.
