The Warm Communication Spaces are dedicated counters that expand the current consultation desks for the elderly to also accommodate people with disabilities and pregnant women, allowing them to conveniently use financial services. These will be simultaneously launched at all KB Securities branches starting in early June.
KB Securities plans to attach signs at the Warm Communication Spaces featuring images symbolizing the elderly, people with disabilities, and pregnant women, along with the phrase "We will consult slowly and easily," to guide these customers for easy access. Additionally, separate notices will be provided for them, and consultations will be conducted as thoroughly and patiently as possible to create a communication space where financial tasks can be handled more comfortably.
In particular, the Warm Communication Spaces are being structured so that all branch employees, not just some staff members, can take turns in charge as needed. In line with this, KB Securities is also conducting online disability awareness training for its employees.
