Duksung Women's University to Host 2024 Duksung Job Fair
Duksung Women’s University announced on the 28th that it held the ‘2024 Duksung Job Fair: Current Employee Mentoring Day’ at the Duksung Hanaroori Hall.
The event, held on the 22nd, was organized to help students understand the industries and job roles they wish to pursue through the vivid experiences of current employees, provide various career choice opportunities, and strengthen their capabilities for social advancement in the respective fields. Part 1 consisted of employment special lectures, and Part 2 was a small group mentoring session.

The employment special lectures included ‘Employment Strategies for Marketing and Sales Roles in the Beauty Industry,’ ‘Employment Strategies for Global Automotive Companies,’ and the ‘Tokyo Electron Korea Recruitment Briefing,’ offering students opportunities to learn about industry trends, essential core competencies, and employment strategies.
The small group mentoring involved 28 mentors from various fields, including Woowa Brothers, AWS, CJ ENM, Amorepacific, Coupang, Krafton, Samsung Electronics, and Hyundai Motor Company, providing practical advice and information for employment in their desired fields.
