Volvo Cars Korea Opens Training Center at Ajou University of Automobile
Volvo Cars Korea announced on the 24th that it has opened a training center at Aju Automotive University in Boryeong, Chungnam. The Volvo Apprentice Training Program, a specialized technician training program and recruitment-linked educational course, will be conducted at this center going forward.
The company has signed employment agreements with students who complete this training course. They plan to hire about 100 specialized technicians over the next three years. All of them will be models equipped with Volvo's electrified powertrains.
