A foreign exchange student was caught by the police riding a bicycle naked at a university in Gwangju.
The Gwangju Bukbu Police Station announced on the 23rd that they had booked A (in his 20s), an African nationality exchange student, without detention on charges of public indecency.
A is accused of riding a bicycle naked around the campus near the dormitory of Chonnam National University at around 11:34 a.m. the previous day.
A reportedly told the police that he did so due to a lot of academic stress.
