CEO Woo referred to a 2003 column titled ‘IT Doesn’t Matter’ written by Nicholas Carr, former editor-in-chief of Harvard Business Review (HBR), stating that society must contemplate what core issues should be prioritized. He emphasized that rather than simply mastering IT itself, it is more important to refine business strategies and enhance innovation by utilizing IT. He also predicted that the early adoption effect of AI, which has recently become a hot topic, will not last long.
