Photos shared by Mr. A show seven curled-up puppies inside a bag alongside discarded soju bottles and beer cans. The puppies were even smaller than the size of the marker pen placed next to them. Mr. A said, "We are looking for temporary foster homes or adopters," and added, "Please keep an eye out, especially those in the Chungcheong area, so these puppies don’t end up in shelters that euthanize them right after birth." He also informed, "Inquiries can be made to the Taean Animal Protection Association."

Despite this, reckless acts of abandoning puppies continue. In March, the Family Animal Hospital, an animal shelter located in Seo-gu, Incheon, reported finding a stray dog named ‘Ttunbam-i,’ about six months old, tied to a park bench. The unknown owner left a note saying, "Free to anyone who wants to raise," sparking public outrage. Additionally, in 2022, an incident occurred in Hamyang, Gyeongnam, where five puppies were abandoned in a box with a note saying, "Please take these puppies if you want to raise them."
