NH Investment & Securities Donates 50 Million Won to Support Children with Pediatric Cancer
NH Investment & Securities announced on the 14th that it has donated a total of 50 million KRW worth of sponsorship funds and goods for children with pediatric cancer to the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation through a YouTube campaign.
The donation ceremony took place on the 13th at the Seoul Yeouido headquarters, attended by Yoon Byung-woon, CEO of NH Investment & Securities, Jung Joong-rak, Head of WM Digital Business Division, Hong Seung-yoon, Executive Director of the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation, and broadcaster Jung Hyuk.
The donation funds were raised through a comment event on NH Investment & Securities’ YouTube content "Investment Login by NH Investment & Securities," specifically the "Good Deeds Expert" series. "Good Deeds Expert" is an experiential entertainment program featuring broadcaster Jung Hyuk, who experiences good deeds that change the world, conveying the message that small daily actions can transform society. As part of encouraging small daily practices with viewers, the campaign donated 3,000 KRW per comment left after watching the videos. The cumulative number of comments from episodes 1 to 5 reached 2,243, with episode 1, "Experience at an Abandoned Dog Shelter," gaining significant popularity by surpassing 1 million views. Additionally, NH Investment & Securities contributed 45 million KRW, including donations commemorating the mobile brand "namuh (Namoo Securities)" Brand Day on April 5, to support children fighting illness through the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation. Furthermore, the main cast member Jung Hyuk personally pledged to donate 1,000 KRW per like on episode 2, "Vegan Experience," and provided approximately 5 million KRW worth of children’s toys and other goods, bringing the total donation value to about 50 million KRW in funds and goods for the pediatric cancer patients.

The Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation, a social welfare foundation authorized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, will use the donated funds and goods to support children battling various pediatric cancers, including leukemia.
