Gwangju Bank Temporarily Suspends Financial Services Due to IT System Replacement
Gwangju Bank's financial services will be temporarily suspended for 12 hours from 2 AM to 2 PM on the 12th due to the replacement with a new computer system.
During the temporary service suspension period, all transactions including deposits and withdrawals using automated machines (CD/ATM), electronic financial transactions such as internet banking/phone banking/smart banking, and payment transactions using check cards/cash IC cards/debit cards will be suspended.
However, purchases using credit cards and incident reporting services through the customer center will remain available.

Kim Dongseop, Head of Digital Development Department, said, "To minimize inconvenience during the temporary service suspension period, we especially ask customers to complete cash withdrawals and transfers in advance," and added, "We sincerely ask for your understanding for the inconvenience caused by the system transition work due to the establishment of the new computer system, and we will repay you with more convenient services."
