On the 8th, the Korea Startup Forum held the ComeUp 2024 Advisory Committee kickoff meeting at DreamPlus Gangnam in Seocho-gu, Seoul, to establish the event's operational plans and planning direction. ComeUp 2024 aims to strengthen its position as a global startup festival centered around the keywords global, platform, and popularity.
The Korea Startup Forum decided to expand the target audience of this festival from mainly startups and ecosystem stakeholders to include prospective entrepreneurs and the general public. This is to increase accessibility and participation, thereby raising interest in startup culture. Additionally, diversified programs are being prepared, ranging from national pavilions and booth operations to corporate new product launch showcases and recruitment connections.
At the same time, the platform role that connects the global ecosystem as one will be further enhanced.
