Among the two people on the excavators, Mr. A (in his 70s) escaped on his own, while Mr. B (65), who was buried, was rescued in a state of cardiac arrest at 12:13 p.m. that day and was transported to a nearby hospital by the 119 rescue team but ultimately passed away.
