‘Cheongple’ is a youth network committee established to expand youth public interest activities within the province, aiming to discover new young activists and contribute to solving various social issues and regional development.
At the launch ceremony, the 10 selected committee members, chosen considering the fields and scope of activities across Gyeonggi, greeted each other and shared updates from their respective areas of activity.
During the first regular meeting that followed, activist Kang Seong-hyeok, CEO of Monde Co., Ltd. and Korea Multicultural News, was elected as the committee chairperson, and they discussed active implementation plans for ‘Cheongple’ and directions for promoting youth activist workshops.
This year, ‘Cheongple’ will exchange information on regional and thematic public interest activities through online and offline meetings and conduct a series of touring roundtable discussions to explore cooperation methods within the youth network.
