Information and communication equipment specialist Dabolink announced on the 7th that 2024 will be a milestone year to solidify its influence as a global company by not only accelerating its entry into overseas markets based on stable growth in the domestic market but also by promoting new business ventures.
Domestically, Dabolink is generating stable profits by supplying its main product, home wireless routers, to major domestic telecommunications companies, and is also achieving significant results by participating in government-led public Wi-Fi projects. In particular, it is expanding its public Wi-Fi business through contracts with various regional education offices, including Gyeonggi-do. With additional B2C business achievements expected in the first half of this year, sales are anticipated to increase significantly.
In overseas markets, Dabolink is also achieving remarkable results. It is successfully exporting by selling B2C Wi-Fi routers locally through Amazon in the United States and plans to enter Amazon markets in Germany and the United Kingdom. Furthermore, it is exploring entry into the U.S. offline market through discussions with Best Buy and Walmart. Additionally, Dabolink plans to sequentially enter new markets such as Canada and India. Strengthening its overseas market strategy is a strategic decision aimed at expanding the company’s influence and improving profitability by entering diverse markets including the U.S. and emerging markets.
The company explains that although the U.S. market has high demand for technology products and intense competition, there is sufficient potential for success if it leverages locally tailored strategies and quality. Expansion into the European market is expected to provide broader market accessibility. Advanced countries in Europe, including Germany and the UK, possess high technological standards and markets concentrated with consumers who have strong purchasing power. Dabolink is confident it can lead the market with innovative technologies and products that meet local expectations. Expansion into new markets such as Canada and India is also seen as a way to further strengthen Dabolink’s position as a global network company. With rapidly growing technology demand and an active entry strategy, Dabolink expects to lead these markets.
Alongside this, Dabolink is seeking growth in more diverse fields through business diversification, including entry into the superconductor sector. The company plans to contribute to the advancement of future electrical communication systems by utilizing superconductor technology.
