Developed as a Complex Building with a Public Parking Lot
Pyeongtaek City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 29th that the groundbreaking ceremony for the 'Segyo-dong Administrative Welfare Center,' being constructed at 559-4 Segyo-dong, was held on the 26th.

The new Segyo-dong Administrative Welfare Center will be a building with one basement floor and three above-ground floors, covering a total floor area of 5,000㎡. It will include a civil service office and community spaces for residents. Additionally, in response to changes from urban development projects and rapid population growth, it will be built as a complex with a public parking lot. The building is scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2025.
