GH, Providing Service Through Map Screen of Sale Information
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is launching the ‘GH Sale Map’ service, which allows users to conveniently check sale information on a map screen.
GH explained that once the GH Sale Map is fully operational, customers will be able to intuitively view upcoming sale information within the province directly on the map screen.
Furthermore, there will be no need to guess locations by looking at low-resolution sale notices such as temporary lot numbers or block numbers; users will be able to identify properties currently for sale or scheduled for sale at their desired locations.
Additionally, various information such as surrounding conditions, road view, distance measurement, continuous cadastral maps, and official prices can also be viewed on the screen.
These services are available not only on PCs but also on various mobile devices.
The service can be accessed by visiting the Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation website or by entering the GH Sale Map domain (https://buymap.gh.or.kr) in the web browser address bar.

A GH official stated, "Sale schedules and properties will be continuously added according to the project timeline. In particular, for the 3rd New Town, we plan to provide sale information services starting this September in collaboration with LH so that customers can plan ahead."
