Hwasun Full Occupancy Rental Housing 100 Units Recruitment Receives 657 Applications 'Thriving'
Announcement of Lottery Winners on the Military Website at 3 PM on the 30th
A total of 657 people applied for 100 units of 10,000-won rental housing in Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do.
Hwasun-gun announced on the 25th that the final recruitment for the 2024 10,000-won rental housing tenants has been completed on the 25th.
They recruited 50 units each for youth and newlyweds, with 606 youth applicants and 51 newlywed applicants, recording competition rates of 12:1 and 1:1, respectively.
Among the applicants, 326 people, accounting for 49% of the total, resided outside Hwasun-gun. By age group, 338 applicants were under 29, 260 were under 39, and 59 were under 49, with those under 29 making up 51% of the total applicants.
A county official said, "The fact that more than 600 applicants gathered in this 2024 recruitment is evidence of the effect that Hwasun 10,000-won rental housing has on stabilizing the housing of youth and newlyweds," adding, "Going forward, our county will take the lead in solving various issues such as housing problems and employment for the youth, and do our best to make Hwasun a place where youth return and thrive."
