According to the Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul on the 24th, at around 7:50 a.m. on the 22nd, security guard A was moving a resident's Mercedes-Benz vehicle to allow a car to exit at an apartment complex in Yeouido when he hit 12 parked cars in a row.
The apartment complex is known to operate by storing vehicle keys in the security office, with security guards moving cars as needed.
