Discussing the Symbol of Inefficiency: The 'Korea R&D Paradox' Revealed
The Science and Technology Policy Institute (STEPI) announced on the 17th that it will hold the "457th STEPI Science and Technology Policy Forum" on the 24th under the theme "Retrospective and Prospects of National R&D for a New Leap."
This forum was organized to discuss the direction for streamlining the national research and development (R&D) system. Jang Pil-seong, Head of the R&D Innovation Research Group at STEPI, will present the results of a multifaceted empirical review of the discourse on the "Korea R&D Paradox," which has been raised over the past decade, under the title "Beyond the R&D Paradox to a Qualitative Leap."
