The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation is promoting the Baby Boomer Generation Connection Job Project this year.
The Connection Job Project is a program that links participating companies in the province with job-seeking Baby Boomers to provide active employment opportunities.
In particular, companies can strengthen their competitiveness by receiving employment subsidies, securing various personnel, and resolving labor shortages. Additionally, it is expected to revitalize the local economy and improve the quality of life through the work experience of Baby Boomers.
