Sinan-gun Signs Business Agreement with Korail Gwangju Headquarters to Revitalize Local Tourism

On the 9th, Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that it recently signed a business agreement with Korail Gwangju Headquarters (Head: Im Seok-gyu) in the county office video conference room to revitalize local tourism.
The signing ceremony was attended by about 20 officials, including Park Woo-ryang, the governor of Sinan-gun, and Im Seok-gyu, the head of Korail Gwangju Headquarters.

Through this agreement, a cooperative system will be established to develop various railway travel products utilizing Sinan-gun’s excellent tourism infrastructure, contributing to the promotion of Sinan-gun’s tourism industry.
The main contents include Korail Gwangju Headquarters providing locations for tourism product development and promotion, while Sinan-gun plans to offer various incentives to users of train travel products.
Governor Park Woo-ryang said, “This business agreement will serve as a catalyst for revitalizing local tourism through mutual cooperation between Sinan-gun and Korail Gwangju Headquarters,” adding, “We expect many tourists to visit Sinan-gun through the development of railway travel products.”
