Stay for 11 Hours and Explore Yeosu's Major Tourist Attractions
The international cruise ship 'Le Jacques Cartier' arrived at Yeosu Port, Jeollanam-do, on the morning of the 5th and will stay for 11 hours.
Operated by the French company Ponant, the 'Le Jacques Cartier' is a small luxury cruise ship with a tonnage of 10,000 tons and a length of 132 meters, carrying a total of 308 people, including 184 passengers and 124 crew members.

The passengers will stay in Yeosu for 11 hours and will explore major tourist attractions with conveniences provided by Yeosu City, such as free shuttle bus service, cultural tourism guides, and interpreters.
This marks the third scheduled international cruise call at Yeosu this year, following the arrival of the 'Seabourn Sojourn' on the 4th, and another Ponant cruise scheduled for October. Yeosu City is currently negotiating with cruise lines to attract one more cruise ship in the second half of the year.

Meanwhile, the 'Le Jacques Cartier' departed from Kobe, Japan, on the 30th of last month, visiting major cities in Japan and Yeosu, South Korea, before heading to Fukuoka, Japan, on the 6th.
