Handonghun: "Making Excuses to Each Other Before the Final Battle Doesn't Help"
Support Campaign on the 2nd in Dangjin, Asan, Cheonan, Sejong, Daejeon, Cheongju, Eumseong
"The Yoon Administration Upholds Principles No Other Government Could... The Final Emphasis of Political Reform Is the End of Yeouido Politics"
Han Dong-hoon, Emergency Response Committee Chairman of the People Power Party, toured the Chungcheong region on the 2nd to hold support rallies.
On that day, Chairman Han started at the Dangjin traditional market in the morning, then visited Asan Onyang Oncheon Station, Cheonan Seongseong Lake Park, and Cheongdang New Town to appeal for support. In the afternoon, he continued his schedule by visiting Sejong, Daejeon, Cheongju in North Chungcheong, and Eumseong.
During his visits to Cheonan and Asan, Chairman Han listed the achievements of the Yoon Seok-yeol administration and urged the consolidation of the support base.
He said, "About 1.32 million foreigners receive health insurance benefits in our country, but past governments could not reform the system so that they must reside for more than six months to receive those benefits. We made that reform. We also set a precedent by firmly upholding principles against violent acts disguised as union activities by the Cargo Solidarity and construction site unions. Moreover, we revived the world’s best nuclear power technology, which the Moon Jae-in administration tried to abandon, within two years."
He added, "Recently, ahead of the election, many people are harshly saying who should leave the party or who should take responsibility, but making excuses to each other before a critical battle helps no one and only discourages the people. If there are shortcomings, they are all my responsibility, and you can blame me."
On the 2nd, Han Dong-hoon, Emergency Response Committee Chairman of the People Power Party, campaigned in support of candidates Jeon Man-kwon and Kim Young-seok in Asan.

Chairman Han questioned, "After Democratic Party candidate Yang Moon-seok was caught for fraudulent loans, he said he would sell his house to repay the loan as an act of atonement. But does selling a car by someone who drove under the influence count as atonement?"
He continued, "Leader Jo Guk promised to donate to society after the Woongdong Academy corruption was exposed, but even after five years, there is no sign of any attempt to return it to society. Someone entering politics says they might go to prison, so they will exercise hard and read books there, but his wife received hundreds of millions of won as prison money while he was incarcerated," criticizing him.
He reiterated his point about ending Yeouido politics through the complete relocation of the National Assembly to Sejong City.
