Hwang Hyun-sik, LGU+ CEO, Purchases 150 Million KRW Worth of Company Shares
LG Uplus announced on the 29th that CEO Hwang Hyun-sik purchased 15,000 shares of the company's stock.
The purchase price was 153 million KRW, with an average acquisition price of 10,200 KRW per share.
Executive Director Yeo Myung-hee, who serves as an inside director as well as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Risk Officer (CRO), bought 5,000 shares, while Executive Director Kim Beom-soon, Head of the Legal Office, acquired 2,338 shares.
