Korea Securities Finance Reports 282.6 Billion KRW Net Profit Last Year, Up 36.1 Billion KRW
2023 Fiscal Year Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Held
Korea Securities Finance announced that it held the 74th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (Fiscal Year 2023) at its Yeouido headquarters at 10 a.m. on the 29th, and approved the agenda items, including the approval of the financial statements, as originally proposed.
As of the end of fiscal year 2023, total assets increased by 7.8179 trillion KRW compared to the previous year, reaching 86.7255 trillion KRW, and net income increased by 36.1 billion KRW to 282.6 billion KRW. The total dividend amount also rose by 20.4 billion KRW to 95.2 billion KRW.
