This event was organized for Superintendent Ha Yoon-su to congratulate the participants on their new start, listen directly to their difficulties and wishes, and work toward creating a better organizational culture.
At the event, eight newly appointed officials who passed last year's Busan Metropolitan Office of Education local government official recruitment exam and were assigned in January and March of this year, along with one official awaiting assignment, attended.
In a relaxed atmosphere, they candidly shared their expectations and concerns about public service life as rookie officials, the difficulties and challenges they have experienced on the job, and their hopes for creating a better organizational culture.
As a workplace mentor and head of the Education Office, Superintendent Ha participated in the event and answered the various questions from these early-career employees honestly. In particular, he generously shared administrative experiences and problem-solving methods he acquired during his public service career, encouraging and motivating the MZ generation officials.
One newly appointed official who attended the event said, "It was really great that the Superintendent welcomed each of us by holding our hands and making eye contact," and added, "Taking this opportunity, I will approach my duties with a sense of mission and pride as an administrative expert shaping the future of Busan education."
