A Man in His 30s Who Sent Obscene Messages to a Female Middle School Student Arrested Again for Retaliatory Crime
A man in his 30s was arrested after threatening the mother of a victim who reported him, following a fine he received for sending sexual messages to a female middle school student.
The Western Police Station of Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 26th that they had arrested Mr. A (late 30s) on charges of retaliatory crime under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes.
Mr. A is accused of calling Ms. B (mid-30s, female) on the 18th and threatening, "If you don't pay the money (fine) on my behalf, I will come to your house."
Last year, Mr. A sent sexual phrases to a female middle school student, Ms. C, in a social networking service chatroom, and was fined earlier this year following a report by Ms. B. He held a grudge against Ms. B because of this incident.
