According to TASS news agency on the 23rd (local time), suspects who carried out indiscriminate shooting and arson attacks at a concert hall in Moscow, Russia, have been arrested.
According to Alexander Khinshtein, chairman of the Russian State Duma's intelligence committee, authorities arrested two suspects after a chase involving a Renault passenger car fleeing in the Bryansk region of southeastern Russia in the early morning hours.
On the 22nd (local time), flames are rising at a large concert hall on the outskirts of Moscow, Russia, where a indiscriminate shooting incident occurred.

The fleeing vehicle overturned while being pursued by police, resulting in one suspect being apprehended at the scene, and the other caught around 3:50 a.m. following a search of the nearby area. Authorities are continuing to track other suspects.
A pistol, assault rifle magazines, and a Tajikistan passport were found in the vehicle.
