Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) has launched an online bulletin board on the district office website's 'Youth Portal' where young people can easily access job information in Gwangjin-gu.
The district has been providing various youth policies in areas such as housing, culture, and health all at once through the Youth Portal. Starting this month, considering that jobs are the biggest concern for youth, a separate bulletin board will be additionally operated.
The youth job bulletin board provides real-time job postings from companies located in Gwangjin-gu. It extracts information from major job sites such as Worknet, Seoul Job Portal, and JobKorea to inform not only public but also private sector job openings.
The post titles indicate the type of recruiting organization by labeling them as ‘Private Company’, ‘Public Institution’, or ‘Social Welfare Facility’. Eye-catching colors are used to help users intuitively identify the necessary information among numerous posts. By viewing the content, users can check detailed company information, working conditions, and recruitment procedures.
Kim Kyung-ho, Mayor of Gwangjin-gu, said, “We created this new bulletin board to improve accessibility to job information, which is the core of youth policy. We will always listen to the voices of young people who have many concerns about the future and strive to overcome difficulties together.”
